Here’s the theme song of the Beijing Paralympic Games. It is guaranteed to make you cry but it should also inspire you to overcome whatever adversities you are facing. The video features popular Chinese singer Andy Lau who also composed and recorded the song. Everyone is number one indeed.

The theme song for the 100-day countdown celebration of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games – “Beijing Huan Ying Ni” or “Beijing Welcomes You” – was released in Beijing Thursday at a celebration attended by celebrities.

According to Beijing 2008 the song is expected to be a successful follow-up to the theme song for the one-year countdown celebration “We Are Ready”.

The idea for the song was a joint effort by BOCOG’s Cultural Activities Department and China Mobile.
